Why I started Weekend Wild
Hi, I'm Chintzia.
I'm a mom of two energetic boys, two lovable dogs, and someone who has spent much of her life exploring the world.
Before becoming a full-time mom, I was fortunate enough to travel extensively, living in four countries and seven cities across four continents. Those experiences taught me that some of the most meaningful moments don't happen at famous landmarks. They happen during shared experiences, unexpected discoveries, and adventures with the people you love.
After becoming a parent, I realized how surprisingly difficult it was to find great family activities. Every weekend seemed to start the same way: endless Google searches, dozens of browser tabs, scattered Facebook groups, and recommendations spread across countless websites.
I wanted one place where parents could quickly discover things to do with their kids, whether that meant exploring their own city, planning a school holiday, finding a new playground, booking a family-friendly hotel, or creating unforgettable travel experiences.
So I built Weekend Wild.
